Horizon Spiritline

Horizon CHEER Camp

Open to all current 8th graders and incoming transfer students interested in Horizon Spiritline. These clinics will be led by the Horizon Spiritline Coaching Staff and will allow interested athletes to learn more about each team. Tuesdays will be a heavier focus on general game day training like motion technique, jump technique, and gameday presence. Wednesday will have a heavier focus on the specific team technique, skills, and conditioning. Athletes will be split between pom and cheer. Pom training will focus on pom and jazz techniques. Cheer training will focus on stunting and tumbling techniques. This is a great opportunity to train with the current Horizon Spiritline members in preparations for our July Team Tryouts. Participants should wear athletic attire, dance/ cheer/tennis shoes, and bring their own water. 

Horizon POM Clinic

Each day, the focus will shift between general game-day training - such as motion technique, jump technique, and performance presence - and team-specific technique, skills, and conditioning. Pom training will focus on pom and jazz techniques. Cheer training will focus on stunting and tumbling techniques. This is a great opportunity to train with the current Horizon Spiritline members in preparations for our July Team Tryouts.
