All families must complete a permission form to participate in any PVFRC program.

Sign Our Annual Participation Agreement Form - This form must be completed every fiscal year. If you have filled out this form any time after July 1 of the relevant year, there is no need to resubmit.

Unite for Literacy - Growing Readers

We imagine a world where all families with young children are inspired each day to create a better life for their children. We believe that books can be a source for that inspiration and few things are more powerful than a caring adult sharing a book with a child. The right book at the right time can increase a child’s sense of identity, increase their reading competence, and most importantly, it can inspire their inner drive to take responsibility for their own learning.
